WORKING WITH WITH ME

 
Based in Broadstairs, I offer both One to One Reformer Pilates and Strength and Conditioning sessions.  Whichever type of One of One you favour, my approach to will always be tailored to your individual needs and designed to meet your unique set of aims and objectives.  Whether you want to improve your health outcomes, lose weight, rehab an injury, improve your posture or simply raise your fitness levels, we can work together to realise these goals.
Taking an entirely holistic approach, I always aim to deliver a progressive, but more importantly, an enjoyable program of exercise that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.  Why? Because with enjoyment comes sustainability, and that’s the key to long term change and success in improving your overall health and wellbeing.
Working with me isn’t about fads and trends or quick fixes, it’s about helping you to find and form a set of sustainable physical and nutritional habits that work for you and will ultimately help you achieve balance.
