A bodyweight-only conditioning class that promotes functional fitness by building strength and stability throughout the whole body. Flowing through a series of exercises (think squats, planks, lunges, curls, presses and pushes) the focus is firmly on form and execution to ensure the very best results from each and every class. 

Classes are suitable for all abilities. Modifications / progressions / regressions are offered throughout so you are able to take the class in a way that suits your own needs and abilities. 

Individual classes are £10 and be booked below.
