I run a full weekly schedule of online classes (live streamed in real time via Zoom) for you to engage in and enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
Classes are just 20 minutes long so they are perfect for fitting in around work or children. The focus is switched up daily, whether that be in the intensity we work at or in the muscles groups we target (total body one day, leg and glutes another for example) … so classes always feel fresh, challenging and engaging. Modifications are always offered so classes are suitable for all abilities.
Monday 9.30am – 9.50am
Tuesday 12.30pm – 12.50pm
Wednesday 9.30am – 9.50am
Thursday 12.30pm – 12.50pm
Friday 9.30am – 9.50am
Classes can be paid for in a number of ways:
Individual Classes cost just £2
Access to a week of classes (5 sessions) £6
Access a month (4 weeks / 20 sessions) £20
To book or purchase a pass simply email me at email@example.com. A payment link will be sent out to you and once you’ve paid you will receive the link to join the class you have selected (these are sent out just prior to the class starting.) If you have purchased a weekly or monthly access pass then you will be sent the link daily without needing to request or book specific sessions.
These daily classes are also recorded and available for download so if you prefer to work out at a time that suits you then you can also access these classes in this way. The pricing structure is the same as for the live classes. So please email, request a class and this will be made available to you. (This is all very new to me so please bear with me while I perfect the website & create an accessible library)
