I run two online classes each week (delivered via Zoom) for you to engage in and enjoy from the comfort of your own home.  
STRENGTH – Thursday 9.15am-10am 
HIIT – Friday 9.15am-10am

A super effective ‘bodyweight’ only class, designed to build strength and stability whilst torching fat and calories. The focus is switched up from class to class, whether that be in the intensity we work at or in the muscles groups we target … so classes always feel fresh, challenging and engaging.  Modifications are always offered so classes are suitable for all abilities.
Thursdays are Strength  … a 45 minute class where we use weights (the recommended kit for women is a single 8kg Kettlebell and a 12kg for men, 2 x  and a set of light (2-3kg) and medium (5-6kg) Dumbbells (But you could use tins or sand filled plastic bottles instead) plus an optional ‘Heavy’ resistance loop band) to build strength, stability and to shape and sculpt the body.
Strength training is the very foundation of healthy, happy body and mind and should form an intrinsic part of your workout regime no matter what your age or ability.

A monthly pass (4 classes) is £20
Simply get in touch using the link above, let me know which class you’d like to attend or which Pass you’d like to Purchase and a payment link will be sent out to you.  You will then receive your Zoom invitation on the morning of the classes/classes you have booked to attend. 
If, for any reason you miss a session you can request the recording of that class, you then have 14 days to do the class before the link expires.
